Story
We as patients observed the underpenetration of online reservation procedures in Japan market and
the prevalence of traditional process of calling medical institutes to secure appointment with the
doctors in country like Japan which is seen as one of the most technologically advanced country in the
world. This further worsens the situation for non-Japanese speakers to access the healthcare.
As Pharma marketing consultants, we realized challenges companies are facing to drive their digital
transformation initiatives with the existing digital marketing agencies.
Japan being the second largest pharma market in the world, the adoption of digital technology is still
underpenetrated. These opportunity areas inspired us to focus on delivering impact to all the

Manjunatha Chandrappa
Founder and CEO
Manju has worked in multiple life sciences companies in Japan, US and European markets over last 18+ years shaping omnichannel capabilities and driving digital transformation initiatives in his previous consulting career. He is excited to bring impactful digital health solutions to Japan healthcare market.

Andy has worked with multiple pharma companies in Japan over last 4+ years solving several sales and marketing business issues. He is passionate about solving real world problems make an one platform and bring efficiency in the live of all stake holders.

Dr. So Ishii (Medical Doctor)
MEDICAL ADVISOR
Graduated from the Nippon Medical School, Faculty of Medicine. After initial clinical training at the National Hospital Organisation Tokyo Medical Centre, he decided to make the prevention of cardiovascular events his lifework and completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of Geriatric Diseases, Nippon Medical School, where he was engaged in basic research on atherosclerosis, endocrinology and metabolism. Completed graduate studies in the field of biological function control at the Graduate School of Ageing Science, Nippon Medical School. After working at a city hospital and a foreign pharmaceutical company, he joined Kudanshita Ekimae Coco Clinic.
